To reduce pollutants released into the air during the smoking process, we offer innovative emission reduction systems. These systems effectively reduce the solid and gaseous content of waste smoke, thereby contributing to environmental protection and improving air quality. We offer three types of equipment:
Condensing smoke washer: A basic but effective solution that uses an intensive water shower to capture harmful substances from the waste smoke.
Electric catalytic converter: A more advanced technology which, at temperatures above 400°C, eliminates most harmful substances by passing the waste smoke through catalytic liners.
Gas burner: The most efficient system that burns waste smoke at a temperature of around 800 °C, achieving maximum reduction of harmful emissions.
