Mauting: More than three decades of global dominance in food technology

When the history of our company Mauting began in 1992 in southern Moravia, few people could have imagined that in more than 33 years we would become one of the world's leading manufacturers of meat processing machines. Thanks to our constant desire for innovation and quality, we have gained a strong position in the market.

Our main program includes smoking, cooking, cooling and climate chambers, which we offer for industrial, artisanal and restaurant production. "Our customers are mainly professional producers of meat products of all sizes, from small butchers to large meat processing plants," says Ing. Vlastimil Zajíc, head of our sales and technical department. Our equipment is also used by fishermen and cheesemakers, which means that "there is a high probability that your favorite sausage was processed in our smokehouse or climate chamber."

Today, we operate in more than 80 countries around the world on all continents, with success in North America, Japan, the Netherlands, Denmark and Australia. In total, we have sold over 8,000 smoking and cooling chambers and almost 400 climate chambers.

We continue to focus on quality, innovation and building strong business relationships. "Our goal is to deliver top-notch equipment and help customers achieve better results," adds Vlastimil Zajíc. Despite current challenges such as disrupted supply chains and rising costs, we are constantly working on improving and developing new equipment to maintain our leading position.
