Cooking can be controlled either by the water temperature and time, or by the product core temperature, using the Delta-T method. The two-stage heating control ensures optimum energy consumption.
The boiling kettles can be equipped with different heating modes. Electric heating uses heating elements immersed in glycerine, which allows for easy replacement and temperature control. Gas or oil heating is provided by powerful burners that can burn a variety of fuels. For gentle cooking, steam heating can be used, where steam is blown into the bottom of the kettle.
