The VKM cooking chamber is designed for efficient and even cooking of a wide range of foods. It offers two innovative ways of generating steam: direct injection of steam into the chamber and automatic steam generation by dripping water onto high-speed fans. This unique system ensures instant evaporation of water and precise moisture control, allowing the process to be optimally adapted to different product types.

Powerful fans located above each cart ensure intensive air circulation. This technology speeds up the cooking process and ensures even heat treatment throughout the entire volume of the chamber.

The standard operating temperature of the VKM chamber is up to 110 °C. For specific requirements, the unit can be modified for operation up to 220 °C or equipped with a drying function. Thanks to these possibilities, the chamber can be used not only for cooking, but also for sterilization and pasteurization, thus expanding its versatile use in various production processes.

The robust structure and high quality thermal insulation guarantee the high durability and energy efficiency of the VKM chamber, ensuring a long service life even under intensive operation.

The chamber is primarily designed for cooked products such as ham, potatoes and carrots. With a suitable configuration, the VKM can also be used for the production of pet food, jerky or meatloaf.
