The products are cooled by a water shower and an intense flow of circulating air or just air.Once the process is complete, the product is usually dry and ready for packaging.
Each cart in the chamber is equipped with a powerful fan for intense airflow and nozzles that spray water mixed with compressed air. This combination ensures better droplet distribution and saves water consumption.
The cooling chambers can be used for a wide range of heat-treated products - from hams to pates. Products that are not packaged are usually cooled with cold air only, without showering.
