The KMU Mini is a compact mini air conditioned chamber designed for small butcher shops, restaurants and stores, or as a test facility for developing new recipes in smaller volumes. This chamber is designed for both phases of fermentation, i.e. both for the start of fermentation and for the subsequent maturing or drying of the product.
KMU Mini meets the conditions for processing a wide range of durable meat products, both cooked and uncooked.
As standard, the chamber is designed with a capacity of up to 100 kg of raw product.
It is equipped with an advanced control system that ensures precise control of the entire process. The glass doors with LED interior lighting allow for an attractive presentation of the products being processed, making it ideal for use in retail outlets.
