The chamber is designed especially for hot suspended products such as sausages, salami and others. However, it is so versatile that it can also work with products on grates and - if equipped with cooling - allows cold processing for smoking fish and cheese.

The powerful fan ensures intense airflow in the chamber. The welded structure of mineral wool filled panels guarantees long life and low energy losses. The chamber is always equipped with electric heating, which makes it easy to install and commission.
