The VERSATILE chamber embodies the concept of "universal" in all its aspects. Thanks to independent airflow control flaps, it is easy to switch between hanging products and those on the grates, with the chamber allowing the use of up to 35 grates.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN FOR EVEN GREATER EFFICIENCY
The completely new design of the functional parts of the chamber ensures lower turbulence and less energy loss during airflow. This was achieved through a more efficient fan. The new concept also ensures better drainage of condensed water, allowing the chamber to be equipped with more efficient cooling exchangers. These are suitable not only for cold smoking and moisture freezing, but also for intensive cooling of products after the heat treatment - similar to the cooling chambers.
Easy cleaning is one of the many benefits of this innovative chamber, thanks to reduced contamination.
The improved airflow, together with the optimised positioning of the exhaust vents in the ceiling, increases the uniformity of product processing and reduces processing times, especially during drying.

The VERSATILE chamber can be effectively used for conventional meat production, where its higher efficiency is reflected in lower weight losses, faster processes, easy product changeover in the hanging and on the grates and easier maintenance.
However, the chamber offers maximum benefit for products with high drying requirements, such as jerky or petfood, and for cold-processed products such as fish or cheese.
