The PKM Classic baking chamber is designed for versatile heat treatment of products, including cooking and baking, in the temperature range of 160°C to 220°C. Its robust welded structure with mineral wool insulated panels ensures long life, minimal heat loss and therefore excellent energy efficiency. Intensive air circulation is provided by fans located above each cart, resulting in even and efficient heat treatment.
The PKM Classic offers flexible heating combinations (steam, electricity, gas), which allows you to optimise your operating costs. The chamber is suitable for a wide range of products, both hanging and on grates (with the appropriate equipment). It is used especially in the processing of roasted sausages, meat products and pates.
