Defrosting chambers KMR
KMR - Defrosting chamber - Special air-conditioned chambers designed to gently defrost frozen blocks of meat, poultry or fish before further processing.
They maintain the correct climate and optimum humidity to prevent surface drying or excessive temperature rise on the surface of the defrosted raw material.

The controlled defrost cycle minimizes weight loss and follows a program that monitors the temperature on the surface of the product being defrosted and in its core.

Once the defrosting process is complete, the chamber switches to storage mode, where it maintains the temperature of the product until it is removed from the chamber. Suitable flow systems: Classic, DAF1 and DAF2
