Perfect processing of suspended products
Air circulation in UKM CLASSIC chambers uses traditional vertical air flow. A circulation fan is located above each trolley. The flow system guarantees optimal processing of products in the entire cross-section of the trolley with minimal weight losses.

Versatile use of the Classic chamber
Thanks to its versatility, it can be used for a wide range of products. The Classic chamber is particularly suitable for heat treatment of standard products, especially suspended ones, such as sausages in various types of casings, fish, smoked meat or bacon. It is also suitable for processing ham in soft packaging or even in moulds.
