The UKM Junior is the smallest smoking chamber in our portfolio. It is designed for artisan sausage production in small operations or restaurants. However, its flexibility also makes it popular with large processors who use it to test new products, recipes or packaging. It is also used in universities for research and teaching purposes.

Despite its compact dimensions, the UKM Junior is a full-featured professional smoking chamber that allows you to carry out the entire smoking process on a small scale - just as it should be. It is not a substitute, but a device capable of handling all the steps of heat treatment of meat products as efficiently as large industrial smoking chambers.

Flexibility of use
The smoking chamber is primarily intended for hot suspended products such as sausages, salami and others. However, thanks to its versatility, it can also cope with products on grates. With a cooling exchanger it also enables cold processing.


Process management under control
The chamber is offered in a semi-automatic design, which automatically regulates the temperature and time in each step of the process. Other settings, such as starting smoking, humidification or controlling the drying flaps, are made manually on the basis of an acoustic signal. A fully automatic version is available on request.

Simple and efficient smoking
The smoke generator is located in the floor and has sufficient capacity for one whole smoking.
